Conditions:
- The Best Rate Guarantee applies only to Hot Rate Hotel reservations
made via this website.
- Hot Rate Hotels are denoted with a special
 or  icon
next to the property listing.
- The Best Rate Guarantee applies only if you find a lower rate for
the same room type (that must be available for booking), at the same
hotel, on the same dates, in the same currency, on another website
selling hotel reservations.
- The Best Rate Guarantee is for the Hot Rate Hotel base room rate
only and does not include any taxes, tariffs or fees.
- The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to discounted rates for
senior citizens (including AARP rates), travely industry rates (e.g.
IATA), corporate negotiated rates, Government/Military rates or AAA
rates.
- To receive your refund, fill out the Request Form completely and submit it to us within 24 hours
of making your Hot Rate Hotel reservation.
- The Best Rate Guarantee Request Form must be submitted by the person
who made the reservation.
- If the lower rate on another travel website can be verified to
our satisfaction, we will match the rate PLUS pay you 10% of the
difference in price.
- Payment of the difference in rates, cancellations and refunds are
made subject to these terms and conditions and will be credited to
credit card used to guarantee the reservation, within three (3) business
days.
